Athletic Clearance Procedure

2025-26

 

Athletic Clearance Procedure:

1. Must register/log in and complete an online packet at https://www.homecampus.com/clearances

2. THIS MUST BE DONE ON JUNE 1ST, 2025 OR LATER.

3. Find Temecula Prep, make sure to click on 2025-26 and check all sports that might apply. This is not a commitment, but rather a much easier way to be cleared if there is interest in multiple sports teams.

4. Completed physical forms must be signed by a licensed physician and dated May 21st, 2025 or later. Must be uploaded to https://www.homecampus.com/clearances. We will be offering sports physicals in the MPR on May 21st, 2025 for the 2025-26 school year.

5. E-Sign all documents required including tryout waiver on athleticclearance.com before tryout date.

6. Athletic handbook read and signed by student and parent.

7. GPA of 2.5 or higher, no more than one “F” on the most current grade report. No “U’s”.

8. Notify the athletic office once physical is uploaded so you can be cleared to begin participation.
