Coach Knight is very proud of his girls golf team! They are in first place in league as the number 1 seed. On October 1st, Coach Knight reflected on their win against San Jacinto Valley Academy. In the Band App, he wrote:

What a finish today! After a close battle throughout the round, our ladies pulled away in the final three holes to secure a 270-282 victory over San Jacinto Valley Academy.

The ladies showed composure, determination, and the ability to finish strong under pressure. They stayed focused when the match was tight and kept competing until the final putt.  That kind of perseverance is something to be proud of and something we can continue building on as we approach League Finals!

Individual Scores:

Ahlana – 47, tied for first overall

Amaya – 47, tied for first overall

DJ Eve – 52

Makena – 62

Serina – 62, Seasons LOW

Denise – 70

Our 2 All-League Players led the way and out-played last seasons MVP, but every player’s effort today helped us earn this team victory.

Coach Knight encouraged the ladies by stating, “Keep supporting one another.  Trust the process. Take each round one shot at a time.”

As they enter league Finals on October 14, the lady Patriots plan on finishing strong.

Ahlana Ramirez had a great golf quote: “Broken gloves break par.” Amaya Vosberg stated, “Friendship, fun, turn and fire!” Good luck ladies!
