There’s no place like home for Temecula Prep, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Thursday. They never let the California Military Institute Rough Riders get on the board and left with a 13-0 victory on Monday. The Patriots might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won 12 games by seven runs or more this season.
Nikolaz Gonzalez made a big impact no matter where he played. On the mound, he didn’t allow a single earned run and allowed only one hit while striking out 14 over 4.2 innings pitched. Another player making a difference was Joshua Estrada, who went 1-for-2 with two runs, one stolen base, and one double.
